Laylatul Qadr falls on one of the odd-numbered nights of the last ten days of Ramadan. The exact date is not known, but it is most commonly observed on the 27th night of Ramadan.

Muslims spend Laylatul Qadr in prayer and worship. They recite the Quran, pray special night prayers (tarawih), and make supplications (duas). Many Muslims also stay up all night in vigil.

The dua (prayer) will be said during the Night of Power (Laylatul Qadr) and is sought out within the last ten nights of Ramadan.

  اَللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفْوٌ تٌحِبٌّ العَفْوَ فَأَعْفَوْ عَنِّي

Allahumma Innaka Aafuwon Tuhibu AlAaffwa FAafu Aanni
