In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – To relieve ourselves from the burden of our wrongdoings, making Tawbah, also known as Salat al Tawbah, is one of humanity’s greatest acts of kindness. Let’s be real, we all sin. Allah created us, and he knew we would sin. He is described as the Most Merciful God throughout Quran.

In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – You must understand that Allah describes himself as The Most Merciful so you can see that his mercy is greater than his anger. The question is how to do Salat Al Tawbah (the prayer for repentance). You can use the simple instructions given by the Prophet (Peace be upon him), which is to offer 2 Rakat Nafal prayers, the optional prayer.

Next, ask Allah for forgiveness in Dua. To be eligible for tawbah, you must first be in a state that is ritual abolution (or Wudu) and you must also be remorseful for violating the boundaries of Allah

(peace and blessings be upon him) said: “There is no person who sins, purifies himself, and then stands in Salah, offers two raka’at, and asks for forgiveness.

SO TO BE CLEAR SALAT AL- TAWBAH IS :

Tawbah can be described as a simple act of asking forgiveness and turning to Allah. The question is still, will Allah forgive me for my sins? What about the worst sins, such as illegal intercourse (Zina), or worse?

This verse clearly shows that Allah forgives all sins. No matter how small or large the sin, Allah forgives it all. Allah tells us to never lose faith in the mercy of our Lord.

CONDITIONS FOR REPENTANCE

In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – We have established that Allah the Most Merciful will forgive all our sins. What are the conditions Muslims must fulfill to be accepted for repentance? We feel guilty even though we have repented. How can we resolve this problem?

These are the conditions we must meet to have our repentance accepted:

1. It is essential to repent with sincereness. You must be sincere in your repentance and feel sorry for what you did.

2. It is necessary to stop doing the sin immediately and abandon it. If you don’t intend to repent for a sin and just keep doing it over and again, it is not worth it.

3. You must resolve to never again sin. Sincerity is a sign that you are sincere about your repentance. It is wrong. We make a firm commitment to not repeat this sin. This doesn’t mean that you won’t feel weak, or that you won’t be inclined to do the same sin again. This means that you will do everything possible to prevent yourself from committing the same sin again.

4. You should return any property or rights that you have taken from someone else. Repentance does not aim to do more harm. It is meant to correct the situation. Repentance is the most noble act of goodness we can do. It shouldn’t be done at the cost of causing more damage.

Tawbah means to return to Allah after committing a wrong, and it is considered worship. The Prophet of Allah (Peace be upon him) told us that Allah the Most Merciful would forgive any sin we may have if we repent.

HOW TO HELP YOUSELF IF YOU’VE EVER TRIED TO BE DISABLED

FOLLOW A GOOD WITH A BAD

If you sin, follow the instructions of Allah’s messenger and do a good deed immediately.

CONSTANTLY RETURN TO ALLAH

In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – This doesn’t mean that you should feel guilty about your sins. After you’ve repented, it is important to believe that Allah the Most Merciful will forgive you. You should keep practicing Istighfar to strengthen and solidify your repentance. Repentance is an act that you worship. Repentance to Allah is rewarded.

This is the beauty of repentance and Tawbah Islam. Allah will pardon you for committing a sin, replacing it with a good deed.

INCREASE in GOOD DEEDS

In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – Do more things that please Allah. This will allow you to be closer to Him and help you avoid falling into further sin. Engaging in good acts that please Allah will help you to strengthen your Eeman, and make it easier to avoid further sin.

Many people fall into sin when they forget Allah. The simple act of remembering Allah, by being kind, charitable, or doing itighfar, will all help us gain protection from Allah.

When you feel weak and vulnerable to the same sin, increase your Dua and do any good deeds that Allah the Most Merciful approves of.

Your expectations of Allah is a very important aspect that I want to end on. Many people repent without any hope of being forgiven. Sounds crazy huh ? This is something that most people have experienced at least once in their lives. This is my personal experience.

We make Tawbah believing that Allah will not forgive us. This is a grave mistake Tawbah is a way to remember that Allah, The Most Merciful, has promised that He will forgive us all our sins. You can always count on Allah to forgive you if you turn back to Him in repentance and ask forgiveness. Don’t forget Allah says in Surah Al-Zumar, verse 53:

Say: Oh, my servant, who has wronged him, don’t despair from Allah’s mercy, for Allah forgives all sins. He is indeed the Most Merciful, the most Forgiving.

This is as clear as it gets. Allah is telling us that your sins can’t be greater than Allah’s forgiveness. There is no sin too grave for Allah’s forgiveness, even if you are associated with Allah. So long as you repent and abandon your sin.

It is important to have high expectations of our Creator. If you don’t believe they can give it, you wouldn’t ask someone to do a favor for you. The same applies to Allah. You shouldn’t ask for forgiveness from him and expect that he will not grant it.

In The Shade of The Qur’an Vol.8 (Al-Tawbah) – This is the most serious flaw in repentance. We don’t expect Allah to forgive us. My advice to you is to expect the best from Allah and expect that He the Most Merciful forgives you.
