What is the difference between “ajirna” and “ajirni”?

The difference is just the object pronoun attached to the Arabic verb.

Both come from the root أجار (ajāra) – “to grant refuge, to protect, to save (from harm).” This is the verb used in the well-known dua recited after Maghrib and Fajr prayers: “Allahumma ajirni min an-nar” (اللهم أجرني من النار).

أجرني (ajir-ni) — “protect me” / “save me” — the –ni suffix means “me” (1st person singular object)
أجرنا (ajir-na) — “protect us” / “save us” — the –na suffix means “us” (1st person plural object)

So:
