وَ جَعَلْنَا مِنْۢ بَیْنِ اَیْدِیْهِمْ سَدًّا وَّ مِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَاَغْشَیْنٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا یُبْصِرُوْنَ(9)

Explanations for Surah Yaseen Ayat 9

A metaphorical one put by Allah at the sick human souls or a group of people so that they are not able to see the truth. By the voice of this verse, Allah describes how he has placed a curtain before the disbelievers and the stubborn who unwillingly oppose believing in the word of God.

The verse refers back to the miraculous act of God to put a veil before them and behind them in order that they would not see and comprehend the truth. This serves to remind the Muslim world that all human activities, including the deliberation and misdirection of men, is subject to the domination of Allah.
