  • During Rukoo’, we say:

“Subhana Rabbiyal Adheem”

“Subhana Rabbiyal A’la” 

2. Tasbih After Salah and Before Sleeping:

Fatima (RA), who was the daughter of the Prophet ��k, on one occasion requested a helper because she was tired at home. Instead, the Prophet ﷺ instructed her and Ali (RA) to recite:’

  • Allahu Akbar – 34 times
  • Alhamdulillah – 33 times
  • SubhanAllah – 33 times
