Introduction About National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP)
The Islamic Republic of Pakistan Motorway Police department was first established in 1997. National Highways & Motorway Police headquarters located in Islamabad Pakistan . As First , it got very negative feedback and came under a lot of opposition. As tries in the past to create a police department separate for highways never worked. The department showed such great respectability in its starting years.. National Highways & Motorway Police jobs are very professional and their training is different from all the other branches of Police in Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The motorway police trained through several special training courses according to the international standards rules . And also they have a separate institute for their training centers that is in the city of Sheikhupura. The Motorway police are responsible for the safety of the public and security in the national highways and motorways of Islamic Republic of Pakistan.

In short NH&MP, is a Police force in Islamic Republic of Pakistan that is responsible for implementation of traffic and safety laws, security issues and recovery on Pakistan’s National Highway and Motorway network in Pakistan.. NH & MP use SUVs, cars and heavy motorbikes for patrolling purposes and uses speed cameras for enforcing speed limits. Here is the list of the National highways & motorway police in the Pakistan

How To Apply & join for Motorway Police ?
The motorway police have strict standards in all its recruitment process. So that , they follow some protocols such as height, weight, Education, physical test ,intelligence test and other criteria. Each job announced with its eligibility criteria is different and also what required to get it. Firstly, In order to apply for Motorway Police Jobs, you need to read the eligibility criteria with deeply . Secondly, if you fulfill the requirements then you should apply on its department.
- The abbreviation SPO stands for (Senior Patrolling Officer) BPS 16 Education must be Graduation in Arts or Science with at least second division and having LTV Driving License must , age limit between 20-27 years old , Height for males is (5.8) and for females is (5.4) Required.
- The abbreviation PO stands for (Patrolling Officer) BPS 14 Education must be Graduation in Arts or Science with at least second division and having LTV Driving License Must, age limit between 18-25 years old , Height for males is (5.8) and for females is (5.4) Required.
- The APO meaning (Assistant Patrolling Officer) BPS 07 Education must be Graduation in Arts or Science with at least second division and having LTV Driving Licence Must, age limit between 18-25 years. Height for males is (5.8) and for females is (5.4) Required.
- The JPO stands for (Junior Patrolling Officer) BPS 05 Education must be Graduation in Arts or Science with at least second division and having LTV Driving Licence must ,age limit between 18-25 years. Height for males is (5.8) and for females is (5.4) Required.
Eligibility Criteria for Motorway Police (NHMP) Jobs
- Age of the applicant should be between 18 to 25 years old.
- Height for Male candidates should be 5′ and 8″.only
- Height for Female candidates should be 5′ and 4″only
- Minimum Chest Measurement 33″ to 35″only
