رَبَّنَآ أَفْرِغْ عَلَيْهِم صَبْراً وَثَبِّتْ أَقْدَامَهُم وَٱنصُرْهُم عَلَى ٱلْقَوْمِ ٱلْكَـٰفِرِينَ

Transliteration:

Rabbanā afrigh ʿalayhim ṣabran, wa thabbit aqdāmahum, wanṣurhum ʿalā l-qawmi l-kāfirīn.

English Translation:

OUR LORD, POUR UPON THEM PATIENCE, MAKE THEIR FEET FIRM, AND GRANT THEM VICTORY OVER THE DISBELIEVING PEOPLE.

Lord! Give them tenacity, solidify their steps, and grant them triumph over the skeptics.
This du’a, which was inspired by Surah al-Baqarah verse 250, serves as a reminder that Allah is constantly with us and can calmly and firmly enter our hearts.

Never lose hope in the help of Allah

It might be challenging to maintain optimism and hope as our traumas worsen. We could be wondering why the relief we have been fervently hoping for is not materializing.

Although this emotion is somewhat normal, we must keep in mind that Allah’s assistance is most readily available when we are completely exhausted. after we sincerely start to rely on Allah for a solution, His help is most likely to arrive after we have run out of solutions from this world.

Allah tells us in Surah al-Baqarah:

Do you believe that you will join Paradise before going through the same [trial] as those who have gone before you? Poverty and adversity shook them until [even their] messenger and those who shared his beliefs asked, “When is the help of Allah?” Without a doubt, Allah’s assistance is on the way. [Qur’an, 2:214]
