Islamic Condolences Messages in Islam

Islamic Condolences Messages in Islam – Everyone has to face death as a part of life. Whatever Allah possesses will last forever, and whatever you possess will come to pass, Allah writes in Surah An Nahl, verse 96.

First Thing to Say After Someone’s Death:

Inna lillahi wa inna ilayhi raji’un

We do belong to Allah, and we will return to Allah.

Condolences to Say to Someone Whose Loved One Has Died:

Inna lillāhi mā akhadh, wa lahū mā aʿaṭā, wa kullun ʿindahū bi-ajali-m-musammā, fal-taṣbir wa-l-taḥtasib.
